Shell Eco-marathon Europe
This year's event of the Shell Eco-marathon Europe which celebrates its 30th anniversary took place from May 21 to May 24 in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
Almost 200 teams and 3,000 students from all over Europe were challenged to design, build and test the most ultra-energy-efficient transportation solution.
The event is an excellent educational platform which provides Linde with an opportunity to work alongside with future engineers who are gaining hands-on experience in developing smarter and more sustainable transportation solutions.
Our engineers provided on-site technical support to Shell and the students ranging from the safe refuelling of the vehicles, checking prototype car engines for leaks and monitoring the performance of the cars during the event.
In addition, as a paddock partner of the Shell Eco Marathon, Linde prepared an exciting program to entertain the participants and visitors.
